Objectives  

  • Support the CEO primarily and provide additional support to executive team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently;  
  • Maintain and refine internal processes that support high-ranking executives companywide, and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows;  
  • Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks;  
  • Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that senior executives’ priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.  

 

Key Responsibilities  

1. Domain Expertise  

  • Prepare meeting materials including but not limited to corporate profile, pitch deck, weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual report with other executive members and Shareholders; 
  • Participate in meetings and prepare meeting minutes; 
  • Prepare and support legal drafting of simple documents; 
  • Implement market research, financial modelling (basic) and other tasks related to business operations as required by CEO. 

2. Administrative Works  

  • Manage scheduling for CEO and other company executive(s), if required; 
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings; 
  • Coordinate travel arrangements; 
  • Manage other office-related matters including but not limited to inventory management, invoice management, transportation scheduling; and office management. 

 

Key Qualifications  

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably at fast-growing startup or international corporation environment;  
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management or other business-related fields;  
  • Proven track record and deep experience in working with C-suites and management level;  
  • Excellent communication skills in both English (IELTS 7.5 above) and Vietnamese; a third language (Japanese/ Chinese/ Korean) is an advantage; 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suites; fundamental knowledge in Finance & Financial Modelling ; 
  • Open-minded and great ambition for continuous learning and growth;  
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills;  
  • Attention to details; 
  • Strong ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
