Key Responsibilities
- General Accounting
- Record, classify, and process daily financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards;
- Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports;
- Reconcile accounting data across departments to ensure accuracy and consistency with financial records;
- Assist internal and external auditors in data verification processes.
- Cost Control
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate input costs;
- Propose measures to control and optimize expenses in line with the allocated budget;
- Collaborate with relevant departments to update and adjust cost-related data promptly;
- Prepare periodic and Ad-hoc cost analysis reports to support management decision-making.
- Other Responsibilities
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors;
- Stay updated with and apply new accounting regulations and standards in daily operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, especially in cost control;
- Good knowledge of accounting rules and cost management;
- Skilled in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
- Strong analytical and reporting skills;
- Careful, responsible, and detail oriented;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Able to work under pressure and respond quickly when needed.
