Job Description

1.Responsible for Personal Sales Targets (Establishing Partnerships with New Businesses):

  • Develop outreach plans targeting potential businesses based on the provided lead list or market insights; 
  • Negotiate and persuade prospective clients to establish partnerships, ensuring both revenue and client acquisition targets are met;
  • Prepare partnership documentation and closely monitor the implementation of signed agreements.

2.Support Business Development Manager (BDM) in Acquiring and Developing New Clients:

  • Assist the BDM in executing customer development strategies, conducting market analysis, and identifying new business opportunities;
  • Participate in meetings, industry conferences, and events to expand networks and explore potential collaborations;
  • Maintain regular communication with new clients to foster long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. 

3.Perform Other Duties as Assigned by Management:

  • Undertake additional tasks as delegated by direct supervisors to contribute to departmental and organizational goals. 

 

Job Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Management, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B (Business-to-Business) sales or client engagement;
  • Solid understanding of B2B operations with hands-on experience working with corporate clients;
  • Proficient in office software, especially Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and information management;
  • Presentable and professional appearance;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle situations, persuade clients, and maintain business relationships;
  • Proficient in English (candidates holding English certifications such as TOEIC (700+), IELTS (6.0+), or equivalent are preferred).
