Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B partnerships through market research, client outreach, event participation, and networking activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, especially key stakeholders such as HR representatives, labor unions, and senior executives; ensure timely communication and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present partnership proposals; lead negotiations to close deals with potential clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic partnership plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Product, etc.) to implement go-to-market and cross-selling strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by acquiring new clients, maximizing current accounts, and exploring upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor business performance, update client feedback and market trends, and proactively recommend strategic adjustments to optimize results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Banking, Communications, Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales within ERP, HRM, SaaS, Fintech, or labor supply sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; confident and capable of working independently and in teams.
  • Goal-oriented with solid planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Canva and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience in using tools to analyze business performance.
  • Good understanding of the corporate landscape, especially large enterprises and FDI companies in Vietnam.
  • Preferred candidates have networks in industrial zones, particularly within HR, labor unions, or management-level contacts.
  • English or Chinese proficiency is a strong advantage.
