Mô tả công việc:

  • Theo dõi và thu hồi công nợ cá nhân qua điện thoại, bao gồm:
    • Liên hệ khách hàng có phát sinh ứng lương để nhắc lịch thanh toán.
    • Liên hệ khách hàng không trả đúng hạn để tìm hiểu nguyên nhân, tư vấn các kênh hoàn trả, nhắc nhở thanh toán sớm.
    • Theo dõi và cập nhật tình trạng nợ của khách hàng chậm trả.
    • Ghi nhận tất cả tình trạng và kết quả thực hiện cuộc gọi để phục vụ công tác theo dõi, thống kê.
    • Báo cáo cấp quản lý các vấn đề phát sinh và phối hợp giải quyết.

Điều kiện cần có:

  • Khả năng giao tiếp tốt, có thể nắm bắt và xử lý vấn đề phát sinh.
  • Có kinh nghiệm bán hàng qua điện thoại, trực tổng đài chăm sóc khách hàng, hoặc các công việc khác liên quan đến tiếp cận người dùng qua điện thoại.
  • Sẵn sàng làm việc ngoài giờ để đáp ứng yêu cầu công việc.
  • Yêu thích làm việc trong môi trường làm việc năng động, nhiều tiềm năng khai phá.
  • Cởi mở với sự thay đổi.

The concept is as simple as it sounds: allowing employees to get paid as they earn. By introducing it to Vietnam’s market and modifying the population’s bottom line, we hope to change the lives of millions of underbanked workers experiencing daily financial struggles.

Objectives of this Role
– Support the CEO primarily and provide additional support to executive team members as directed, to ensure company goals and objectives are met and operations run efficiently.
– Maintain and refine internal processes that support high-ranking executives companywide and coordinate internal and external resources to streamline workflows.
– Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
– Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that senior executives’ priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.

Key Responsibilities

**Administrative Works**
– Manage scheduling for the CEO and other company executives, if required.
– Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and managing logistics.
– Coordinate travel arrangements.
– Handle other office-related matters, including inventory management, invoice management, transportation scheduling, and office management.

**Domain Expertise**
– Prepare meeting materials, including corporate profiles, pitch decks, and reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual) with other executive members and shareholders.
– Participate in meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
– Prepare and support the legal drafting of simple documents.
– Conduct market research, basic financial modeling, and other business operations tasks as required by the CEO.

 

Key Qualifications

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably at a fast-growing startup or international corporation environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management or other business-related fields.
  • Proven track record and deep experience in working with C-suites and management level.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English (IELTS 7.5 above) and Vietnamese; a third language (Japanese/Chinese/Korean) is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suites; fundamental knowledge in Finance & Financial Modelling.
  • Open-minded and great ambition for continuous learning and growth.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Attention to details.
  • Strong ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Planning and Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with the senior management team to plan and develop cash loan and lending products. Conduct market analysis, understand customer needs, and work with stakeholders to gather requirements for new products or enhancements.

2. Data Analysis: Work closely with Data Analyst team to Develop detailed reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics, such as loan volume, default rates, and profitability, supporting data-driven decision-making. Analyze data to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product improvements.

3. Business Process Improvement:Identify and recommend process improvements for loan origination, underwriting, servicing, and collections, aiming for efficiency, compliance, and a superior customer experience.

4. Risk Management: Work with risk teams to assess and monitor credit risk associated with lending products, including risk models, scoring methodologies, and risk-adjusted pricing.

5.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all lending products meet regulatory and compliance requirements by collaborating with legal and compliance teams.

6.Stakeholder Communication:Serve as the key liaison between business units and development teams to ensure alignment on product objectives and delivery timelines.

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner in financial services, particularly in cash loans, lending, or related financial products
  • In-depth understanding of lending products, e.g. cash loans, personal loans, installment loans, and line of credit products. Knowledge of loan origination, underwriting processes, credit risk assessment, loan servicing lifecycle, and financial regulations
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL or similar.
  • Proven experience in running Agile teams as a Product Owner. Strong understanding of agile methodologies, backlog management, and feature prioritization. Experience with agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in banking or financial institutions (FIs) is a strong plus.

Role Overview

We are seeking a customer-centric Product Owner with a background in Business Analysis or strong skills in Execution and User Discovery. The ideal candidate will have holistic thinking, a systemic approach, and excellent teamwork skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a cross-functional squad (engineering, analytics, and design) to define strategy, prioritize tasks, and deliver exceptional user experiences
  • Make data-driven decisions to measure product performance and communicate impact to senior executives
  • Empathize with user pain points and craft delightful, user-friendly products
  • Manage stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
  • Conduct rapid hypothesis testing to identify and validate growth opportunities

Qualifications
