User Growth Executive

This role focuses on driving user growth through data-driven content, in-app engagement, and automated marketing journeys. You will work closely with Product and Growth teams to improve activation, engagement, and retention across Gimo’s digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities 

1.Campaign Execution 

  • Automation Workflows: Manage and optimize Out-of-App (OOA) channels (Email, SMS, Push) by building automated marketing triggers to re-engage users. 
  • In-App Campaigns: Execute ad-hoc and seasonal promotional campaigns within the app interface. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marcom and Design teams to ensure brand-consistent messaging and high-quality creative delivery. 

2.Product Launch & Market Intelligence 

  • Go-to-Market Support: Assist in new feature rollouts by preparing communication flows, user guides, and launch messaging. 
  • Post-Launch Analysis: Monitor early post-launch metrics and synthesize user feedback to iterate on product improvements. 
  • Market Analysis: Conduct competitive research on digital channels and analyze user insights to identify untapped growth opportunities in new distribution channels. 

3.GrowthOperations & Sales Alignment 

  • Behavioral Analysis: Analyze user behavior data to identify friction points and growth levers within the product. 
  • Sales Enablement: Segment and distribute high-potential lead lists to the Telesales team on a daily basis to maximize conversion efficiency. 
  • Feedback Loop: Maintain a tight feedback loop with the Telesales department to gather qualitative customer insights and resolve operational bottlenecks. 

4.Experimental Distribution & Performance Growth 

  • Strategic experimentation: Identify and test new distribution channels for existing products to expand the top of the funnel. Potential channels include performance ads (TikTok, Facebook), affiliates, and offline channels. 
  • Product policy alignment: Collaborate with the Growth Team, Department Heads, and Risk Management to define appropriate product policies, and success metrics for each experiment. 
  • Channel setup and execution: Collaborate to set up and prepare materials to approach customers on different channels; operate to deliver outcomes on the new channels. 
  • Channel performance management: Track, analyze, and optimize channel performance; propose data-driven improvements and scale high-performing channels. 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related fields. 
  • 2+ years of experience in relevant roles, such as Digital User Growth, Automated Marketing, or Campaign Management… 
  • Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms.  
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools (e.g. MoEngage or similar automated marketing tools). 
  • Solid understanding of growth funnels, user journeys, and conversion optimization. 
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to read, interpret, and derive insights from data. 
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills to propose and test growth solutions. 
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
