Business Relationship Manager (B2B)

Key Responsibilities

1. Accountable for individual targets (signing partnerships with new enterprises)

  • Develop outreach plans for potential enterprises based on target lists or market insights.
  • Negotiate and persuade enterprises to enter into partnerships, ensuring revenue and client acquisition targets are met.
  • Prepare partnership dossiers and monitor the implementation progress of signed agreements.

2. Build and develop new clients 

  • Support the BD team in executing client development strategies, conducting market analysis, and identifying new partnership opportunities.
  • Participate in meetings, industry seminars, or networking events to expand relationships and discover potential collaborations.
  • Maintain regular communication with new clients to foster long-term relationships and ensure their satisfaction.

3. Perform other tasks assigned by management

  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors to ensure departmental and company goals are achieved.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B (Business-to-Business Sales).
  • Solid understanding of the B2B sector with proven experience working with corporate clients.
  • Proficiency in office IT tools, especially Excel for data analysis, reporting, and information management.
  • Professional and well-presented appearance.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle situations, persuade clients, and maintain business relationships.
  • Proficiency in English. Candidates with recognized certificates such as TOEIC (700+), IELTS (6.0+), or equivalent are preferred.

Business Partnership | Japanese Enterprises in Vietnam

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with Japanese enterprises in Vietnam
  • Explore new opportunities through partners and direct channels
  • Negotiate and close deals with key stakeholders
  • Maintain strong relationships with Korean clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration
  • Work with internal teams (legal, finance, product) to deliver tailored solutions
  • Represent Gimo at events, conferences, and networking activities for the Korean business community.

Key Qualifications

  • Fluent in JLPT (N2+ or native); English is a plus
  • 1+ years in Partnerships, Business Development, or B2B Sales (Finance, Banking, Tech preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese business culture
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in handling contracts (NDA, MOU, commercial agreements)

Business Partnership | Korean Enterprises in Vietnam

Business Development Team Lead (B2B)

Job Description

  • Identify and develop new corporate partnerships through market research, client outreach, events, and networking activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, particularly key stakeholders such as HR, Trade Union representatives, and senior executives
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, participate directly in negotiations, and close deals with potential clients
  • Develop and execute strategic partnership plans; collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Product, etc.) to implement go-to-market strategies and cross-selling initiatives
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by expanding new client base, maximizing current accounts, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Monitor and report business performance, capture client feedback and market trends, and proactively propose adjustments to optimize results.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing B2B sales in ERP, HRM, SaaS, Fintech, or labor outsourcing industries
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; confident working independently and in teams
  • Proven ability in planning, goal setting, problem-solving, and analytical thinking
  • Solid understanding of the enterprise market, especially large corporations and FDI companies in Vietnam
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Banking, Communications, Technology, or related fields
  • Proficiency in English or Chinese is a strong advantage
  • Preferred candidates with established networks in industrial zones (HR, Trade Union, or managerial levels).
