Role Overview

We are seeking a customer-centric Product Owner with a background in Business Analysis or strong skills in Execution and User Discovery. The ideal candidate will have holistic thinking, a systemic approach, and excellent teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional squad (engineering, analytics, and design) to define strategy, prioritize tasks, and deliver exceptional user experiences
Make data-driven decisions to measure product performance and communicate impact to senior executives
Empathize with user pain points and craft delightful, user-friendly products
Manage stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
Conduct rapid hypothesis testing to identify and validate growth opportunities
Ship minimum-loveable-products based on quantitative and qualitative user behavior data
Define success metrics and consistently measure product impact

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Product Owner or Product Analysis roles at a tech software company
Demonstrated success in launching new products/features with clear impact
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Experience working with Data Science teams to identify and solve problems at scale
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Empathy for users and a drive to discover and resolve their pain points
Background in Business Analysis or proven skills in Execution and User Discovery

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative products that meet customer needs and drive business growth
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
Create and maintain product roadmap and ensure alignment with company strategy
Define and prioritize product features and requirements, and work with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery
Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch evaluation
Monitor product performance and user feedback, and continuously improve product experience
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners, investors, and customers

Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field;
2+ years of product management experience in a technology-driven company, preferably in fintech or banking startup environment
Strong understanding of product management principles and practices
Experienced with Agile development methodologies, and ability to adapt to changing market and business needs
Excellent communication with great cross-functional collaboration
Passion for driving innovation and making a positive impact on society
