We are looking for a results-driven professional with at least 3 years of B2B sales experience in ERP, HRM, SaaS, Fintech, or labor outsourcing. As a Business Development Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth by building and expanding high-impact corporate partnerships.
Job Description
- Identify and develop new corporate partnerships through market research, client outreach, events, and networking activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, particularly key stakeholders such as HR, Trade Union representatives, and senior executives
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, participate directly in negotiations, and close deals with potential clients
- Develop and execute strategic partnership plans; collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Product, etc.) to implement go-to-market strategies and cross-selling initiatives
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by expanding new client base, maximizing current accounts, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Monitor and report business performance, capture client feedback and market trends, and proactively propose adjustments to optimize results.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing B2B sales in ERP, HRM, SaaS, Fintech, or labor outsourcing industries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; confident working independently and in teams
- Proven ability in planning, goal setting, problem-solving, and analytical thinking
- Solid understanding of the enterprise market, especially large corporations and FDI companies in Vietnam
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Banking, Communications, Technology, or related fields
- Proficiency in English or Chinese is a strong advantage
- Preferred candidates with established networks in industrial zones (HR, Trade Union, or managerial levels).
