Business Development Executive (B2B)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B partnerships through market research, lead generation, networking events, and industry conferences
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, particularly key stakeholders such as HR, Trade Unions, and C-level executives
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals, and directly engage in negotiations to close deals with prospective clients
  • Develop and execute strategic partner plans in collaboration with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Product) to drive market penetration and cross-selling
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by acquiring new clients and maximizing revenue from existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Monitor business performance metrics, gather market insights, and proactively suggest adjustments to strategy to improve results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Banking, Communications, Technology, or related fields
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in B2B environments such as ERP, HRM, SaaS, FinTech, or workforce solutions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; confident working independently and in teams
  • Goal – oriented mindset with strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities
  • Proficient in Canva, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and business analysis tools
  • Solid understanding of the corporate market, especially large enterprises and FDI companies in Vietnam
  • Preferred: Existing connections with HR or Union representatives in industrial zones
  • Proficiency in English or Chinese is a plus.

Growth Direct (Field Sales Executive)

Key Responsibilities 

  • Achieve KPIs related to acquiring qualified app users (as per Gimo’s GVM criteria);
  • Plan, organize, and execute user outreach and promotional events;
  • Contact and assist potential users pre- and post-campaign to ensure eligibility and product engagement;
  • Compile and report business metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis;
  • Support customers in reaching Gimo activation counters before each event. 

 

Requirements 

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; college/university graduate with a basic understanding of finance; 
  • Proficient in using smartphones (Apple, Samsung, Oppo, etc.);
  • Good health, proactive, and energetic work ethic;
  • Willingness to travel frequently and for extended periods across provinces;
  • Presentable appearance and effective communication skills;
  • Experience in organizing and executing user-focused promotional events;
  • Strong adaptability, self-learning ability, and research mindset;
  • Intermediate proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, data entry);
  • Comfortable with both online and offline working environments.
