Key Responsibilities
1. Accountable for individual targets (signing partnerships with new enterprises)
- Develop outreach plans for potential enterprises based on target lists or market insights.
- Negotiate and persuade enterprises to enter into partnerships, ensuring revenue and client acquisition targets are met.
- Prepare partnership dossiers and monitor the implementation progress of signed agreements.
2. Build and develop new clients
- Support the BD team in executing client development strategies, conducting market analysis, and identifying new partnership opportunities.
- Participate in meetings, industry seminars, or networking events to expand relationships and discover potential collaborations.
- Maintain regular communication with new clients to foster long-term relationships and ensure their satisfaction.
3. Perform other tasks assigned by management
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors to ensure departmental and company goals are achieved.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B (Business-to-Business Sales).
- Solid understanding of the B2B sector with proven experience working with corporate clients.
- Proficiency in office IT tools, especially Excel for data analysis, reporting, and information management.
- Professional and well-presented appearance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle situations, persuade clients, and maintain business relationships.
- Proficiency in English. Candidates with recognized certificates such as TOEIC (700+), IELTS (6.0+), or equivalent are preferred.
