Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new corporate partnership opportunities through market research, direct outreach, participation in networking events, seminars, and business conferences.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprise clients, especially key decision-makers such as HR, Union representatives, and C-level executives; ensure timely responses and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored partnership proposals, and take the lead in negotiation processes to close deals with potential clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic partnership plans, working closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Product, etc.) to implement go-to-market strategies and cross-sell solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by expanding new business opportunities, maximizing value from existing clients, and identifying upselling and cross-selling potential.
  • Monitor and report on business performance, gather customer feedback, track market trends, and proactively suggest strategic adjustments to optimize results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communications, Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales — ideally in B2B environments such as ERP, HRM, SaaS, Fintech, or workforce solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; confident working independently and within a team.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to set clear goals, solve problems, and manage priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Canva, and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with the corporate market in Vietnam, especially large enterprises and FDI companies.
  • Bonus points for candidates with existing connections in industrial zones (e.g. HR departments, labor unions, or mid-level management).
  • English or Chinese language skills are a plus.

Backend Engineer

Description

  • Be the engineering owner of different fintech products, collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, frontend, mobile engineers, QC, product managers to understand the requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • In charge of technical design (architecture and database), used to serve product needs.
  • Optimize system performance, database queries, and overall application responsiveness.
  • Align with and contribute to the engineering best practices in coding, database design,
  • security, and tools to achieve a mastery level of code quality.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues, debugging and resolving technical problems that may
  • arise in the production environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related fields.
  • 3+ year of experience with Java 11+ or other JVM languages, familiar with Spring Boot, Hibernate, Liquibase, build tools, logging & monitoring, troubleshooting, and system performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in building distributed systems, experience with microservices architecture, sync/async communication via RESTful API/message broker (e.g., Kafka), cache (e.g., Redis).
  • Proficient in database design & SQL.
  • Able to work with Docker, CI/CD pipeline, Kubernetes, GIT.
  • Practical experience with AWS-managed services such as S3, EKS, RDS, KMS, SQS, SNS.
  • Good communication skills.

Product Owner

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Development & Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with senior management to develop and enhance finantial products such as cash loan and BNPL products. Conduct market analysis, understand customer needs, and work with relevant stakeholders to collect, clarify, and prioritize product requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration (company stakeholder & partners): Serve as the key liaison between business units and development teams to ensure alignment on product objectives and delivery timelines. Engage with external partners to co-develop or integrate features that enhance product offerings.
  • Risk & Compliance Alignment: Work with risk, legal, and compliance teams to assess credit risk and ensure that all lending products meet regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Data-driven Insight: Collaborate with the Data Analyst team to develop reports and dashboards that track key performance metrics. Leverage insights to identify customer needs and support data-driven product improvement.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner in
  • financial services, particularly in cash loans, lending, or related financial
  • products.
  • In-depth understanding of lending products, e.g. cash loans, personal loans,
  • installment loans, and line of credit products. Knowledge of loan origination, underwriting processes, credit risk assessment, loan servicing lifecycle, and financial regulations
  • Proven experience in running Agile teams as a Product Owner. Strong understanding of agile methodologies, backlog management, and feature prioritization. Experience with agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in banks or financial institutions (FIs) is preferable.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL or
  • similar is a plus.

Debt Management Executive

Job Description

  • Monitor and recover personal debts via phone, including:
  • Contact customers with salary advances to remind them of payment schedules.
  • Contact customers who fail to pay on time to understand the reasons, provide advice on repayment channels, and encourage early payments.
  • Track and update the debt status of late-paying customers.
  • Record all statuses and results of calls for tracking and statistical purposes.
  • Report emerging issues to management and coordinate to resolve them.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to understand and handle emerging issues;
  • Experience in telesales, customer service call centers, or other roles involving direct customer contact by phone;
